Follow the work, not the tabs
ClearOpsIQ is organized around the questions an operator needs answered when something changes, not around a feature list.
DEMO COMPANY / OPERATIONAL TRACE
One issue. The evidence behind the consequence.
The public story uses the same synthetic supplier, PO and SKU as the Demo Company so the buyer can continue into the full trace without switching narratives.
- VERIFIED01
Northstar Components revised lead time
Synthetic quote SQ-1042 changes the lead time for SKU CX-410 from 21 to 34 days.
Evidence: Demo Company supplier quote SQ-1042
- VERIFIED02
PO-2087 is exposed to the same change
The purchase order depends on CX-410 and its expected receipt now needs review against the revised supplier timing.
Evidence: Demo Company purchase order PO-2087
- UNAVAILABLE03
Live carrier tracking is not connected
A local shipment record can be reviewed, but no provider movement or arrival time is invented without a verified carrier source.
Evidence: Demo Company shipment record · provider tracking unavailable
- INFERRED04
CX-410 inventory coverage may tighten
Stored on-hand, reserved and inbound quantities indicate higher shortage risk if the revised lead time holds.
Evidence: Derived from Demo Company inventory and PO records
- RECOMMENDATION05
Review the alternate supplier before acting
Compare the alternate quote and confirm whether management wants to change the purchase plan. Recommendation is not execution.
Evidence: Human review required before consequential action
01What changed?
Start with the operating event and the record behind it: a supplier update, purchase-order change, shipment movement, inventory signal, obligation or other verified source.
02Why might it matter?
Follow the linked exposure across purchasing, inventory, suppliers, logistics and other connected records. Where the conclusion is derived rather than directly recorded, it is labeled as inferred.
03What evidence supports it?
Open the source record behind an important statement. Missing revenue, provider or integration data remains visibly unavailable instead of being filled in for presentation.
04What should we review next?
Recommendations remain recommendations. ClearOpsIQ can surface the next review without representing a suggestion as approval, execution or a completed external action.
05What actually happened?
Task history, review state and supported execution evidence remain distinct so operators can tell what was observed, proposed, approved and actually completed.
06Current capability and limits
Live banking, carrier quotes, marketplace operations and accounting sync require verified provider setup. Customer revenue, finished warehouse execution and profit reporting are not represented as complete when the underlying sources are unavailable.
